Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all GLO garment tags and protective seals are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
